Hello, welcome to Happy Hearts Childcare! My journey has led me to create a nurturing environment where every child thrives, learns, and plays. I am dedicated to fostering happy hearts and curious minds ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Join me as we embark on this wonderful adventure together!

I grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado. My parents owned a licensed daycare where I worked after school, during school breaks, and throughout the summer. I often cared for children on the evenings and the weekends at their home as well. I loved watching the children grow and excel throughout the years and enjoyed cheering them on as they blossomed into wonderful and smart little humans. In 2012, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and dedicated the last eleven years of my career to a nonprofit organization aimed at improving the lives of working individuals. While this experience was fulfilling, balancing work and my family became almost impossible with the amount of hours I was working each week. My desire to spend more time with my son, who is four, inspired me to return to my roots and explore a career in early childhood education. I remembered my passion for early childhood education after completing my first course and anticipated each course with excitement, eager to gain knowledge to meet licensing requirements and embark on this new career. I find immense joy in nurturing young minds and instilling a love for learning. With my deep-rooted commitment to helping others and my belief that education is essential for a fulfilling life, I aim to create an environment where young minds can grow, and children can thrive.

 

The name "Happy Hearts Childcare" captures the joy this new venture brings me, as I will ensure each child's heart is filled with happiness through my love and support. My goal is to provide a wholesome, safe, and nurturing space where parents can trust their child(ren) is well cared for, ensuring their hearts are also happy. I promise to care for your child(ren) as if they were my own.

 

My husband, son, and I love traveling to Southern Colorado to spend time with family, explore the mountains, attend sporting events, take family vacations, and create endless memories together.
